Description or grading may differ or vary from this report, depending on time of grading, means, methods and equipment used, under what conditions and by whom the diamonds are graded. Grading may also differ and could vary due to changes/improved techniques, technology and/or the use of equipments.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY CLAIM OF ANY KIND BY ANYONE, IT IS EXPRESSLY STATED THAT THE LIABILITY OF SGL, ITS EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL, AT ALL TIMES , BE LIMITED AND RESTRICTED TO A MAXIMUM NOT EXCEEDING THE FEES PAID TO AND RECEIVED BY SGL, IN CONSIDERATION FOR THIS REPORT.
